I found this by searching the web, and I'm glade I did. I've been looking for a long time for a simple world to bring my models into without having to re-engineer them.   I'm in the Transportation field and I'm truly enjoying this software. I plan on attending the 6th International Conference in Visualization in Chicago, Il this weekend and show a quick movie I put together in Lumion.

There's not to many people in my arena that have heard of Lumion.

Thank You!!

This is really useful information - keep it coming :)

The more paying customers we have, the more we can obviously invest in improving Lumion for everyone, so finding out where you guys first heard about Lumion is vital.

we were experimenting with crysis and sandbox2, unreal, unity, etc... and figured there had to be another option out there somewhere. Prob all of the forums mentioned here were poured over as well as gaming community forums. We found Lumion, Twinmotion and Machstudio AND TRIED THEM ALL... what a headache  :o

Lumion was clearly built for speed and out of the box accommodation. Must admit, the interface was strange at first but that doesn't mean bad, just different. We were able to learn very quickly and produce our first project very quickly with astonishing results.

Thanks again,
Bob
