To me, the escape key works. At least worked in the previous version - I have not exported from B8 yet.

The "Escape" key should work fine when exporting MP4s and IMG sequences. If you're rendering very large scenes, you may have to keep it pressed for a moment. Please let us know if it still doesn't work.

You can't cancel renderings in Photo mode though, so think twice before starting a Poster format rendering :)

Figured out that if you do start a poster size render, you can always click on the smallest format (1920 .jpg) & save that. It has only 16 steps which it flies through a lot faster.

It's a work around, but would be a much needed addition to be able to cancel an output render of an image if we needed to...

Ups.. I was asking about photo mode... so I'll think twice then . =)

But making a cancel button would be a nice addition.

Thx a lot for the program!!!!! =)

You should at least have an are you sure pop up before rendering a photo set if no cancel button.

Hi Sean, this topic is somewhat outdated as it's 7 years old.

You can cancel the rendering procedure by pressing the 'Escape' key or by clicking on the 'Cancel rendering' button in newer versions of Lumion. ;)
