I cannot believe that you have made it so difficult for us to purchase a one time license of this software.
does anyone know how to purchase it?

Yes, very easy to arrange to purchase a license  :).

Perhaps the difficulty M2arch refers to is wanting to purchase a license as a student for something similar to what students get for Microsoft Office or some other software, say $50?

Currently students can get access to special student versions Free of charge via their university or college.  Please see page Lumion Educational licenses.  The licenses are only authorised to university's and colleges.

Thanks Peterm and Rad, but why not make a student version just like Autodesk has. We can download almost all the programs we need, such as Revit and 3d Max. It is a good way to promote your product instead of going through the Universities or Colleges first. I hope your company will consider doing something like that in the near future.  Or maybe have a reduced price for the product intended for students like me. Right now I cannot afford paying $2200 for the software.

Regards

Yes, there are options to making product available for students.  I don't have access to what they may have considered, or will for future arrangements.  Unfortunately the company is only small and not the size of Autodesk, so managing the provision is also part of the picture.

Thanks for feedback.

I hope you can arrange something through your college.  If enough students present a case to those with decision making, and they have the equipment, then the college just makes application to the office.
