Hello i just received my new office pc from our abroad office with 7 day lumion trail.
when i imported a new model lumion just hangs and it does import the model but after that i tis impossible to move inside lumion. here is the screenshot of benchmark. and will also attach dxdiag.
 i have to show this to my boss by tomorrow and also convince the directors and others to purchase lumion so please?

Hi meem, please click here and provide the requested info + the relevant files, both the original file(s) and the exported file(s). If you're using Revit, make sure you also include a screenshot of the Revit to Lumion Bridge plug-in export settings. Thanks in advance.

By the way, your GFX Score for the 980 Ti is suspiciously low. You should be getting 5000+ points in Lumion 6. Please update your Nvidia driver to the latest version, shut down any demanding processes/applications that are running in the background and then run the Lumion benchmark a few times to see if it helps.

(If your 7-trial expires before you're done evaluating Lumion 6, simply ask your reseller to extend it)

and also the cpu is core i7 5820k and its score is too low too? and let me upload both files

Is this after updating your Nvidia driver software to the latest version?

If so, it sounds like the update failed. To remedy this problem, please uninstall your Nvidia driver via the Control Panel in Windows, run Display Driver Uninstaller to clear residual files and finally install the very latest drivers.

No, the CPU score of 3001 on your latest screenshot is great. The CPU Memory is too low though.

as i can not run lumion any more so i canot export scene from lumion 6. and am sending the original sketchup file.

Thanks. 

Once you have the GPU drivers correctly updated, try the Benchmark again, and also opening the Example Scenes such as Villa Wegner.

If there are still problems, I would suggest Restoring Windows to an earlier Restore Point before the first attempt to upgrade the drivers. 

It's possible given it's a new PC that there is some configuration issues of the hardware needing to be sorted, such as checking the cabling of the power supply to the GPU etc.

GPU and window was alright but when i updated the drivers nvidia game ready drivers ( because the benchmark was low and lumion was hanged ) then my window start showing window desktop managers has stopped working also lumion was not detecting graphic card. i have done the reinstallation of fresh nvidia drivers but same problem with lumion so reinstalling it right now.

DXDIAG is not running anymore. it gives error. i ll reinstall new window in a day or two and will update you. right now to much busy :(

It sounds like a fresh install is a good idea. Something has seriously messed up the graphics card driver software. Best of luck.

Please provide the following information if the problem persists after re-installing Lumion:

1. Please attach to a post an updated DXDiag Report.

yes it is because everytime i starts the pc it gives me desktop manager crash. and window index can't be refreshed anymore, aero theme is not accessible anymore. so yes going for a fresh installation in a day or two
