Hi LB, The office closed an hour ago, so unless they happen to check the email after hours, you may have to wait till tomorrow (GMT).
All I can do at my end is to look up your license number in the database to see if it exists (please forward your license number to morten [at] act-3d.com as I haven't got access to the office email inbox).
However, if there is a problem (and the 'invalid key' suggests that is the case), my colleagues will have to investigate the problem - it's not possible to say in advance how long this investigation will take, but I will obviously ask them if they've spotted anything unusual tomorrow morning (GMT).
