It's not so difficult to understand that support is only for paying users. If you have paid then follow the instructions of peter, otherwise the superb support here is deaf and hopefully all users of illegal software are banned.

Tildee is absolutely right.

Every time we reply to a post by an illegal user it's costing us time - and time equals money. It can't be right that customers should be expected to subsidise these illegal users. Why is it so hard for the freeloaders to understand that?

Looks like it's time to send a message to illegal users again, and I'm not talking about sending them flowers and chocolate.
IMPORTANT: Please do not send private messages and emails to members of staff - unless we specifically ask you to send us sensitive information, for example License Keys.
