Topic: Grass in Demo Version / trial

Hello,

so far i am very surprised about the quality and stability of lumion. But i see no way to get grass growing in my scene..

 

Is the grass deactivated in the demo version of lumion ?

Or am i to blind to see ?

 

besides when will it be possible to download a full trial version of lumion with all content to try on a real project ?

There is only 1 grass patch in the demo. You need to go to the trees and then go to the grass tab in the tree selection menu.

 

For now we won't offer a trial. Some resellers might though but since people who buy Lumion get acces to the trial server as well we want to keep that working well for the customers untill things get a bit more calm.

am i wrong, but i remember a lumion video, where it was possible to paint grass just like you paint the four textures on the groundplane ?

 

about the trial:

that is a pitty, trying the demo is a lot of fun, but there is no way to proof lumion on a real project without the possibility of saving progress and working with the full content.

 

So i will have to wait for the trial to arrive....

Or is there a reseller you can name that delivers a trial of lumon who i can turn to ?

You are right that we had a automatic grass before. But it was only 1 type so we replaced it with paintable grass.
