Z fighting? It happened when you have duplicate surface.
Maybe you need to check glasses model. Interestingly, the reflected glass don't affected.

You can try to reduce it by using the clipping movie effect.
Increase the value of the near clipping plane, from 0.2  to 0.5 or so.

Also: The glass is the only double sided material in Lumion. Now... some programs have the tendency to dublicate polygons so they have 2 sides. Rendering both sides of polygons which are doubled means the back of one side will interfere with the front of the other side and visa versa. I think we'll remove the double sided glass for teh future and for now you can see if you can export so the glass only exists on one side. In sketchup I sometimes have to assign a dummy material to one side so I can make it invisible later in Lumion.

Ferry has made the double-sided glass optional (it will be a 0/1 slider in Build 3).

Allplan -> Sketchup -> Lumion

Yes, Allplan made a double-side glass. Thank you very much!

Another question, just a little, I won't make a new thread. How do solve interference effect in Lumion? I have big scale scene (as you can see in video) and for example windows of buildings made this effect.

Glass materials in Lumion 2 were made double-sided by default and the glass will keep flickering until Build 3 is released. Build 3 will include a slider that allows you to force glass materials to be single- or double-sided.

Until then, you'll have to apply the Camera Clip Plane effect to the clip with the flickering glass, and increase the Near plane until the flickering stops (as Peter already said):
