I'm really looking forward to trying out the SP2 Free Version tomorrow. I have a few questions regarding this version.

1. Will this be available in a 64-Bit Version?
2. What is the list of content that will be included in the free version?
3. Can additional content be purchased for the free version as separate packages?

I tried to find information on the website or some sort of formal announcement, but couldn't find anything.

1. as last commercial build was 32+64bit in one build, probably yes
2. it will be less as commecial, but more as current demo i guess
3. thats sounds strange not? Butr im sure that will not be the case

Why does #3 seem strange? Reallusion provides a Free version of iClone with some limitations, but you can still buy additional content for your projects. Although they don't force a watermark or non-commercial restriction either.

No worries though. I should be able to use most of my existing content and stuff from Google 3D Warehouse. I was mostly interested in additional Trees, People, and that sort of content that will likely be cut out of the Free version. I eventually want to get the full version, but I'm looking at entering the competition for a shot at that. The price is steep for me at the moment. Not that the software isn't worth it. It certainly is.

The free version is like a demo version but it has more functionality. You can't buy extra content for the free version. It will be available in 64 bit and we'll have a comparison table up later today which also shows the available content.

The good news is we'll also release a new build of the paid versions which fixes all of the bugs that were reported.
