Every time you receive a link to a new release candidate, there is a long list of bug fixes and changes in that email, so you can see for yourself what has changed since v1.0 was released on 31-11-10. All those changes are part of Update 1.
The next test version (i.e. not recommended for production use) will be the upcoming Update 1 Release Candidate 5.
If there are no more issues, we will release Update 1 Final. This means that all major and (hopefully) most minor bugs should have been fixed and that any new features/functionality introduced since 31-11-10 have been tested reasonably thoroughly by us and of course by those of you who are using the test versions (RC1 to RCx).
I should also correct a misunderstanding. Ferry mentioned that there is only Lumion 1, 2, 3 etc. Updates are either small ones or big ones. Big ones are called Service Packs and small ones are called Update X.
