Hi Jimenez (Jimnez?),
Well, 3D.be beat me to answering but here is mine anyway:
Your system has only 2Gb of memory. This can cause this (and happened to me as well although I have double as much - that file was about the same size). To me, the solution was to break down the model into smaller pieces and export/import thos pieces separately. If you make sure that the axis origin of these pieces is the same in SU, you can easily align them later in Lumion.
Best would be to select a bunch of objects in SU and make them a component. Right click on the new component and change the axis to something you can remember (say the current world origin). Right click again > save as... then delete from your ile.
Go on with other objects like this. Try to break it down into two files first if it still does not work, into three files or four....
Now you can open these "parts" separately and import them into Lumion.
There is of course a drawback of this method: you will need to apply/tweak materials separately to each, imported model part. Best would be therefore to try to break your model down by parts with different materials anyway. There is even a plugin that explodes your model and regroups it by material (although this may be an overkill, it was created for this specific purpose)http://www.smustard.com/script/GroupByTexture
