Hi John, contrary to what I told you in a different topic, WAV files do not
automatically fade out over the last few seconds of your movie, so you would indeed need to add keyframes. Apologies for the misleading comment (I was mixing up a common suggestion from our customers with how the function actually works in Lumion
Here are the instructions:1)
Click on 'Entire Movie
' (the big button in the lower left corner in Movie
Add a 'Sound' effect.3)
Select the WAV file (by clicking on the pencil button in the effect panel).4)
Add a couple of keyframes at the end of the clip to make the music fade out. The first keyframe, say, 3-5 seconds from the end, should be set to max volume, and the second keyframe at the end of the movie should be set to 0 volume (click here

Render the movie.6)
Open the MP4 file in a media player.
