i need to specifically create a movie for my client in PAL and NTSC in MOV. I select the feature in the effects ie. PAL. then i convert the lumion MP4 to MOV using wondershare converter. Is there another better way of achieving a PAL MOV movie from lumion??

this is a message from my client. how can i achieve this using lumion from an MP4???

"You should not create a mov from a mp4 animation at all. Instead, work at the highest quality possible (preferably uncompressed) and make the step to Quicktime JPEG at last.
MP4 is bad quality for editing or grading, which is what you're customers will want to do. Quicktime JPEG at 95 or higher is much better than MP4. (but only if the source material is of high quality)
"

any help would be really apprciated.

.MP4 (.h264 codec) is used for final output only, never for output which still has to be edited.

Sounds like your client wants you to render a uncompressed format 1st.
I recommend you use a image sequence of .png since its a lossless format and compatible
to Quicktime (.Mov). In case your client also wants you to save Alpha information you will still have to render this out as a separate sequence from Lumion.
Lumion2 Ultimate might be an issue here too of course  :-\
