Hi ralph2d2
Exactly which version do you have?
Sound is exported
only in the Pro version. Refer:
Lumion Web Site: Specificationsand you know i mean that kind of sound changing from loud to low and changing to another sound when you move from the water to the forest: is this possible with sound while exporting the movie to a mp4? do i still have dolby surround sound??from left to right something like this..
Sound is either FX from 3d sound positions in the scene (left-right-distance), or for music in quality formats supported by the wav file used (not sure if wav supports higher than stereo). Dolby like, but not Dolby (that's a very specific system).
Output from Lumion as an MP4 uses H.264/AVC so sound is MPEG-2/4 and can be either mono, stereo or 3/2-LFE 5.1 Surround. However, the channels supported in Lumion for output (as tested) are 48k 16bit 2 channel, so stereo. Will need to check with dev team about any surround support above stereo. (edit: no, just stereo)
Attached quick no high fidelity stuff video, from sample Lumion scene examples the panning for left-right 3D surround.
Of course any audio can be post-production with FX and Dolby etc as needed once Lumion has rendered the video.
