you can export a file and import lumion vegetation in 3ds max

it is therefore possible to do the reverse

the issue is that the model lumion was done by a landscape architect and I have to do render in 3ds max

and I wondered if it was possible to use the files of the landscape in some way

No, it's not possible to export vegetation models from Lumion (if that's what you meant).
