Just finished the download process of the trial version, and I got an error window pop up after.

Can't remember what it said, Access Denied or something along those lines..

I'm redownloading again.

Any ideas? Thanks,

Hi Sford, the 'Access denied' message means that something on the computer is preventing Lumion from writing the installation files to the harddrive.

It's usually a lack of Windows permissions or overzealous anti-virus/firewall/security software that's causing this problem.

1. Do you know how to add exclusions for the Lumion installer executable file in your anti-virus/firewall/security software?

2. Do you know how to check if your Windows User Account is an 'administrator' account? Alternatively, try right-clicking on the 'Download Manager' executable file and select 'Run as administrator'.
