Hi

Try the following steps:
1. Start Lumion.  When the Benchmark In Progress message stays on screen, hold down the Escape key. If successful, you'll see the New Scenes Tab and the System Speed bar should say -1. (see attached pic 1)

2. Quit Lumion. Using Windows Explorer open the folder \Documents\Lumion 6\ . Open the file "Benchmark.txt".  Does it say "Error"?

3. Start up Lumion again and click on the System Speed bar. Then click on Rerun Benchmark.  Does it run?

4. If it does not run, and still has the Benchmark In Progress message, press Escape key or Close Lumion.
    Then in Windows Explorer Rename the folder \Lumion 6 to \Lumion 6_OLD

5. Run Lumion again.  Does it start up and run the Benchmark now?

Point 2 is not, because the file "Benchmark.txt" does not exist.
We could therefore unfortunately not continue testing.

Hi Bettina,

Thank you for your reply.

1) Please ask the customer to unzip the attached file, BenchmarkFiles.zip, in this folder:
C:\Users\[UserName]\Documents\Lumion 6\
2) Confirm that there are two files (benchmark.qls and benchmark.txt) in the Lumion 6 folder.
3) Start up Lumion again.

Does it work now?

hey, i'm having the same problem. any idea how this was solved?
my GFX score is -1, seems like lumion is not using my GTX 1050 4GB but there's nothing i can do about it...
