Hello, I am trying to open Lumion Education Free, but it only shows me an icon of "Load LS File".
Why i can choose any LS6 file? And how to proceed?

Hi Shalini Manag, Lumion has started up in Viewer mode. This mode allows you to view LS files in walkthrough/flythrough mode.

The reason that this is happening is that something on your PC is preventing Lumion from accessing all installed files. Usually this is anti-virus software and/or lack of Windows permissions to access all files in the Lumion 6.x folder.

1) Please attach a screenshot of this folder: "\Lumion 6.x\ArchitectEdition\Classes\RenderEngine".

2) Which anti-virus software are you using?

3) Have you tried to whitelist the contents of the Lumion installation folder and Lumion.exe in your anti-virus software?

4) Have you tried to right-click on Lumion.exe (in the Lumion installation folder) -> "Run as administrator"?

I have disabled my antivirus (Panda Antivirus) and also the firewall. And i still get the error. I have opened Lumion using the right click - run as administrator too, still no change. Please find the attachment of the RenderEngine.

Hi Shalini, thank you for the screenshot and the information.

I see what the problem is. :)

A file is missing which means that it was prevented from being downloaded or prevented from being installed by something on your PC (typically your anti-virus software).

The next step is to post a screenshot of the files that the Lumion Download Manager downloaded to see if the file was allowed to be downloaded or not.
