Hi eeis, this means that something on your PC is preventing the Download Manager
and/or the Lumion installer from running correctly. Typically this is caused by overzealous anti-virus/firewall/security software. Have you tried to temporarily disable your internet connection and your anti-virus/firewall/security software to see if it helps?
By the way, I ought to mention that Lumion Demo 5.3
is about 1 3/4 years old by now and quite limited.
