[email protected], on the 5th of April the Lumion 6.3 update email was sent to the email address that was used when Lumion was purchased.
Please double-check that the email did not end up in the spam folder and that
[email protected] is explicitly listed as a whitelisted sender in your email account.
Once you've confirmed that you haven't received the email from
[email protected], please forward your license number to
office [at] act-3d.com (replace [at] with @) and ask them to re-send the Lumion 6.3 update email to your email address.
