Hi Alexyandro
As you have decided to change GPU which is good, the following is added for further info .
The Radeon HD 7570 only has a Passmark of 976. That is well below minimum recommended specs for the GPU.
Please refer:

Passmark: Videocard BenchmarksScene requirements and complexity are an important factor to consider.
Factors such as: what are the expectations in terms of types of projects/scenes, size/areas of scenes, amount of detail required in the scene, speed of rendering, level of quality, what is the client base, likely timeframes and architectural visualization demands, and, what is the architectural pipeline.
We are testing the Lumion 2.1 build in its free version,...
Presume that was typo and you mean Lumion 3.1, in any case please get the latest Free version which is now v3.2.1.
The Free version has the same features and performance as the licensed Lumion (standard) version, just less content, so you can use it to test with.
The GTX 780 or Titan are currently top performers, and you would get noticeable reductions in render times compared to your current GPU. The more VRAM the GPU has the better as this helps in processing textures, resulting in the ability to handle larger scenes and better performance.
If not done so, please also search the forum for other topics for guidance to users on hardware platforms.
Lumion has direct import of DWG/DXF files. Please see
Lumion Web Site: Specifications. How well the models import will depend on a range of factors including complexity of model, but there are often workarounds to help and get things working in Lumion.
