In Lumion you use normal maps to provide bump detail, re second texture slot referred to as bump map in the Standard Material Type - Textures dialogue.Make the normalmap in Photoshop, Crazybump or ShaderMap Pro etc tool and add manually as an additional texture by clicking on the slot, then tweak the look by changing the sliders in the Advanced Options.
...(You'll get better results with CrazyBump though)
Can Lumion use height or displacement maps on materials?
The basic "colour" materials in SketchUp would be called "diffuse". Normal maps are those blueish images with a hint of red and other colours indicating irregularities on the surface. See attached below (a simple SU material exported and its normal map also added)
