Sorry to hear the "Getting Started with Lumion" email has not yet got through.
I am unable to locate a Lumion 8 Student license for you from the records I can see. Was the email address you used on the application form the same as your email address here?
So we can locate your application please send the following information to us at [email protected]
1. Full name and address as per the online application.
2. Email address or possible other email address, including an email address if you think you might have done a typo when entering the address.
3. Copy of your Student ID as used for the application.
Once we have those we will trace the application to find it's current status and let you know the outcome.
