I would like to reveal my excitement-

Not a single crash so far w/ Lumion! W/ twinmotion, it was crashes and bugs from the onset And, miraculously, the saved animations are smooth w/ out aliasing or flickering, unlike TM.  Also it's way easier to use. What a breath of fresh air! Thank you Lumion!

Quick question. I'm sure I can figure this out on my own. But since I'm here - How do I access the material editor?

Import a model. Place it in your scene.

 

Click on the paint tablet icon.

 

Click somewhere on your model.

 

Click the + and select an original material you want to override!

We will place a tutorial on materials later, hopefully today. Lumion works in a way so you override the imported materials. By pressing the + icon you indicate you want to add a new material override. After you applied all your materials you can hit the reload button and it will reimport the same file and keep your materials. How cool is that? You can change the geometry, re-exort, hit update and your model is updated with all materials in tact.
