Hi vernon, the Lumion Demo 5.3 emails are sent automatically, so if you haven't received it there's most likely something at your end which is preventing the email from arriving. The first step is to make sure that [email protected]
is whitelisted in your email software. Then have a look in the Spam
folder, in case your email software has put the email in quarantine (since it contains a link to an executable file, i.e. the Download Manager
By the way, I ought to mention that Lumion Demo 5.3
is about 1 3/4 years old by now and quite limited.

To ensure a smooth evaluation period, please also make sure that your PC meets or exceeds the minimum system requirements
