I don't know how much of your video takes place outside the car park but if it's mainly indoors and the primary lighting consists of IES lights, try with these lighting settings:
Weather -> Ambient Brightness -> 0.02
Weather -> Ambient Saturation -> 0
Weather -> Sun Brightness -> 0.07
By lowering the Ambient Brightness and Ambient Saturation you are reducing the impact that the irradiance map has on objects in Lumion. The irradiance map will lighten (and colour) surfaces that face the sky, eg, floors - and darken surfaces that face the ground, eg, ceilings.
