Hello everybody

I wonder if it has any chance of working as a 3d modeler for lumion.

The ideal would be if I could build my library of models and sells them to other users, but I could direct import program in the library, separated by category and with the materials of lumion.

Hi enzoleite, it is not possible to add your own imported models to the 'official' Model Library in Lumion.

If you want to sell your models, your customers would have to place them in Documents/Lumion 2 or 3/Library.

TIP: You can create your own custom folders inside the Library folder though - just remember to restart Lumion after adding a new folder.

Yes I know that, but it would be wonderful if you put it in the next upgrades, is more a suggestion than an objection.

If people could create and exchange objects would further increase the popularity of community lumion

Each update lumion is evolving 1000%, I would bet my chips and my time with you  :D

Hello, excuse me, maybe I'm a bit new to Lumion but no doubt that this is the best real time renderer i've seen (familiar to twinmotion, but I guess too beta to be called program), anyways, I was wondering if I can add my own textures.?

Yes you can, easy as, just use the Materials editor by clicking on(selecting) a face/surface of the model(imported object).

Then click on the Custom button --> Standard Materials --> Textures --> Diffuse Texture (plus Bumpmap/Normalmap texture if required).  This will open a file dialogue to select any texture you want, apply changes to the scale and other UV mapping settings if needed. Note that Scale =0 uses UV as set in your model from your DCC when you imported it.
