Hi soloarchitect
Adding Reflection Planes is really very easy.
See Video Tutorials:
Using The Reflection Effect.
The extent of reflection is first determined by the materials reflection settings, then the reflection plane does the rest to make it a flat/planar reflection for mirrors, floors, windows etc.
Please use this effect with care (limit to important reflection requirements). Each Reflection PLane requires the scene to be re-rendered ,so it can be costly, especially if lights and GI are also included. It was originally developed to specifically solve requirements for mirror reflections. So, use for things like windows (exterior and maybe interior) when using the Reflection Control will suffice, should be carefully considered.
Also, when testing use of RP remove any planes not needed (just click on the slot to delete) to better control the amount of rendering needed.
