Hi Jeffrey, sorry to hear that your harddrive has failed - I hope you've got back-ups or that data recovery software such as Recuvva can help you in this situation.

The first step is to try to locate the email with the link to the Download Manager and your license number (Search for "Lumion activation code"). If you're unable to locate your license or the email, you'll need to forward your purchase receipt to my colleagues at [email protected] They'll be able to re-send the license and the link to the Download Manager.

The next step is to click here to register your license, so you get access to the full forum for Commercial Users.

We'll then provide you with the info you'll need for re-installing Lumion.

IMPORTANT: Please do not send private messages and emails to members of staff - unless we specifically ask you to send us sensitive information, for example License Keys.
