[Answered] Copying an object??

after i insert a chair or plant, is there a way to copy the item to another location or do I have to go back and insert?

Second question: if I have two items that i've inserted and wish to resize both of them, is there an easy way to do both at the same time, or do I have to do both separate, and if separate, how to I ensure they are identical in size?

Please check out the usual article:

Knowledge Base article: Is there a list of all the keyboard shortcuts in Lumion?

Move Mode (Objects) ->
(ALT) + Move selected object(s): Copy-paste selected object(s) by pressing (ALT) while dragging the insertion object icon of one of the selected objects.

Second question: if I have two items that i've inserted and wish to resize both of them, is there an easy way to do both at the same time

To select multiple objects, please check out the usual article (I think you get the idea by now): :)

Knowledge Base article: Is there a list of all the keyboard shortcuts in Lumion?

Place Mode (Objects) ->
(CTRL) + Drag with Left mouse button: Rectangular selection tool for selecting multiple objects.
(CTRL) + Left mouse button: Click on the object icon of an object to add it to or remove it from an existing selection.
(CTRL) + (SHIFT) + Drag with Left mouse button: Add new rectangular selection to existing selection.
(CTRL) + Click anywhere with Left Mouse Button: Deselect all objects.

or do I have to do both separate, and if separate, how to I ensure they are identical in size?

Once you've selected both of the objects, simply use the Size slider to adjust the scale of both objects at once (see the screenshot below).

Bonus tip from the usual article:

Knowledge Base article: Is there a list of all the keyboard shortcuts in Lumion?

Sliders: You can double-click on most sliders in Lumion to manually type in values. Press Shift while adjusting slider values to fine-tune them (more digits after the decimal point will be displayed).

Hope this helps! :)
