This is just a routine check as you do not seem to have any Lumion license(s) attached to your forum account.
It may simply be that you have not yet updated your Account settings for the forum and entered your license key details. Please arrange to do so as soon as possible.
If you have a license or are working for a company with a valid license, I'd be grateful if you could forward the license or the company name/email address to info [at] act-3d.com, and CC me (peterm [at] act-3d.com) so I can follow-up as needed.

TIP: If you are working for a company, you can use 1 license key for multiple staff members, as a way to get full access to the forum. You get access to the Commercial Users Forum section, and we aim to provide faster support to users in that section.
All that you need to do is to ask the person who manages the license keys at your company to go to your Account settings and enter one of the license keys. You will then have full access to the forum.
NOTE also for information: there is a Free version available for people to use and trial. It's not time limited and provides all key features and functionality but with a reduced Library. People are welcome to use this version to trial and learn how to use Lumion, provided our legal requirements are met. All Free versions also have a watermark.
