I can confirm that your personal Download Manager
and the Activation Code
from your email are working as expected on my PC (see the screenshot below).
The error message you see is a generic message, and if your personal Download Manager
and Activation Code
are working fine on other PCs such as mine, it means that something on your computer or in your network is preventing the Download Manager
from accessing the internet which means that the Activation Code
cannot be verified online - and the download procedure can therefore not begin.
In all previous reports like yours over the past 7 years, the problem was caused by too restrictive network/anti-virus/firewall/router settings.

If those do not work, there is only one option left: run the Download Manager
on a computer with less strict security, i.e. outside the office network, and then transfer the installation files back to the office network.
