Hello vu le

I had this same problem. Mine was solved when I decrease the size of large textures.
Constitutional symptoms is a lack of graphics memory.

First you should check if your model has no 3D faces in excess, can have an object with many faces on a scale that you will not see.

According to try opening another file in Lumion little and then return your file to clear the video memory or restart the machine.

Third, in some tests I did when I removed the SSAO effect the problem was solved.

Fourth, you can try rendering the video image sequence, not mp4.

You can also try the LOW memory mode in the settings menu!

Also one extra trick is:

- Start fresh Lumion
- Load a simple scene
- Render a movie on the resolution you need
- Load your full big scene
- Render the same resolution

In that method the render buffers are already created and won't fail because of low memory. Your 3d model might render slower but at least it works. We will look into making low memory mode even use less memory in the future.
