I'm using Lumion Student Pro.  I've got an imported boat design that is placed on water and I cannot get any shadows or reflections.  Any advice?

Cheers

Hi bourgogne, did you accidentally set it to 1 star Editor Quality?

Do the shadows and the reflections appear again if you press F2, F3 or F4 (or select 2-4 star Editor Quality) on the Settings screen?

P.S. Remember to register your Lumion License Key on your Profile page to quality for technical support:

Hi Lumion staff...

Thank you.

In my settings, it says I'm running Lumion Pro Student 8.5. I'm on a university college network with many licenses.  No license key numbers however.

I see the shadow enhancements when I use the F2 F3 keys, but do not get any shadow or reflections on the water.

Please advise...

Please move the camera to the area you want us to look at.

Then save, zip + upload the .LS8S Scene file to a file host, e.g. wetransfer.com, and forward the download link to [email protected]

Thanks in advance.
