Good afternoon! When trying to import a file into skt ... a message appears that I need a forum order for this. How should I proceed?

Hi Carla, welcome. :)

That's probably because you're trying to import a .SKP file from SketchUp 2018. This version of SketchUp was released after Lumion 7.5 Trial was released, so this file format isn't supported.

If so, please follow these instructions:

P.S. There are two different Trial versions of Lumion. I would recommend Lumion 8.3 Pro Trial which supports .SKP files from SketchUp 2018 - see this article for more information:
