Topic: cant put lumion 3.1 free to work

I have intaled lumion free and worked fine , but i  had to uninstal because of some computer issues about cleaning, i got to my download area in the computer, and made a reinstal the softwsre made the test for benchmark, but when while doing it the Genreal error apeared and i was unable to use it to this precise moment, any solutions ? for this

So how much free hard-disk space do you have, and what are your PC specs?

Can you attach to a post the dxdiag_Lumion.txt file.  If you can't access run Lumion to click on the Run DXDiag button from Lumion, then you can find the file in C:\Users\user-name\Documents\Lumion 3 Free (MyDocuments\Lumion 3 Free).

Although as you said you were able to run Lumion Free and worked OK, that might have been a one-off and likely very simple scenes.

Your graphics card is a 630M which only has a Passmark Score of 710, well below minimum requirements for V3 and even for earlier v2.  You would need to consider upgrading the card to meet at least minimum requirements or better.  As it looks like the PC is a laptop upgrading the card might be more difficult, but if its reasonably recent then swapping out the card is generally easier (depends on the make).

Also as a laptop please check these instructions: Crash/Driver crash/Blue screen/"Not the same" error on laptop PCs regarding Intel onboard graphics and NVIDIA cards.

Hi Arjo, I have tried to uninstall and re-install Lumion Free 3.1 and it still works fine.

Maybe you should uninstall it, run CCleaner Free to clean the registry and re-install Lumion Free 3.1 again.

Peter is right about your hardware by the way - you will most likely find it difficult, if not impossible to use Lumion without problems on that PC.
