Topic: Cant login to Lumion??

Please can someone help me?
I’ve activated and tried to open Lumion but it doesn’t seem to go past the login page? See screen capture below.
I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling. But the same thing happens? I cant get further than this..?..

Hi Jared, I have de-activated your licenses remotely.

Please let me know if it works now?

If it still doesn't work, please delete myLumion.ppp in C:\Users\Username\Documents\Lumion 2 and activate Lumion again.

Unfotunately, still the same result?..
I think Lumion is not installing the files correctly? I looked for the mylumion.ppp file & its not where you said it should be (see attached)??..

I still have the lumion free version on m PC..could this be interfeing with the installation files? I'm going to uninstall all lumion software & then reinstall 2.2 again. Im not sure if you'll need to deactivat my alias again?

Hi Jared, Lumion Free doesn't interfere with Lumion "Full" and I believe the .ppp file only appears the first time you start Lumion (but Arthur knows if that's the case or not).

In any case, I've de-activated all your licenses again - instead of typing in your name in the login field, please use one of the license keys. If you use your forum account name in the login field, Lumion doesn't know which one of your license keys to use.

Ive finnaly figured it out!
It was an administrator issue. Our IT guy came in and sorted out some security issue that was blocking me from opening certain files?..

Anyway, Im up and running now.
