Cant get to student version request form.

I am trying to download the student version.

I click on, "Get the free student version"
Click on, "Continue"
Enter my PayPal user and password

I then get a blank white screen. After waiting a while I can click refresh and I am taken to a screen to fill out my info, including school and ID. I am not able to type in any of the fields besides, "School Name." I can also upload a picture of my ID.

Hi patfan1222, welcome to the Lumion forum. :)

Once you've logged in to PayPal, the application form should retrieve your name and address from your PayPal account. You can't edit those details as we use them to verify that you are based in the USA.

All you need to do is to enter your "School name" and upload the image.

Please let us know if you encounter any other issues after doing that.

After entering my user and password I get a blank white screen. If I hit refresh, I get this screen. I can only edit the "School name" and picture fields. I cannot edit any other fields but it tells me the information is needed.

Hi patfan1222, thanks for the explanation - that's not supposed to happen.

1) Can you confirm that your PayPal account address is in the USA?

2) Can you confirm that your PC is located in the USA?

3) Can you confirm that your PC is not accessing the internet via a proxy server, a VPN, tethering with a mobile phone or another type of "indirect" connection?

4) Can you try to apply for an "Individual Student (USA)" license on a different PC with a different internet connection?

Yes, once the license key has been issued, you can install Lumion on any PC you want. :)

If the application process still fails on a different PC, please forward your name, address, the name of your place of study, your college/university email address and your photo ID to sales[at]act-3d.com (replace [at] with @), so my colleagues can process your application manually. Thanks in advance.

I am experiencing the same issue as above.  I have tried to request the free download on another computer but same issue. Is there a solution to this problem?

Hi ssheppard, yes - but it requires that you place the order "manually:
