I have followed all instructions and registered the license. I download the download manager and I get the message "The license may be invalid or the download manager is outdated." I have followed all suggested fixes including taking my laptop home where there is no firewall. I have even tried signing up for another trial thinking that it had expired with no effect. Now i have a list of registered trial licenses.

Hi tbeamHCG, sorry to hear that. :-\

I've had a look at your licenses and can see that you've got 6 'Lumion 7.5 Trial' licenses (the first was issued back in October 2017).

The problem is that you can in fact only run it once for 7 days over a 30 day period. Subsequent attempts at installing and running 'Lumion 7.5 Trial' will fail (by design).

As a much better alternative, I'd recommend getting the Lumion 8.0 Pro Trial version. It's the full unlimited version with much improved render quality and countless other improvements and new features. There's more information in this article:

It will expire 7 days after the license has been issued, but you can always contact your local reseller if you need more days to evaluate it.
