I am in the process of purchasing Lumion next week and wonder if the staff
has considered individuals using multiple computers( i.e., I have a desktop; but work out
of my office considerably during the week on my laptop); but want to use both computers,
without having to activate/ de-activate my license?

I also have tried to contact someone within Lumion regarding Educational licensing; is this an option for students?

Looking forward to having these questions answered. I've reviewed the various forum discussions over the past year and followed the upgrades and am ready to invest with the advent of interior lighting within Lumion.

A great program and cannot wait to use all of it's functions!

Hi Anthony, welcome to the Lumion forum.

A lot of people here in the forum use Lumion on 2 PCs, but you would have to de-activate/activate the license every time you switch from one PC to another. Here's how:

1) First of all, you need to install Lumion on both PC 1 and 2.

Then copy the Scene and Library folders from PC 1 to PC 2 to make sure you have the same scene/imported model files on both PCs. They are located in:
C:\Users\Username\Documents\Lumion 2\Scenes & Library

3) And lastly, de-activate the license on PC 1, before activating it on PC 2. You'll need a working internet connection to activate/de-activate the license, but it's literally just 1 mousebutton click (scroll down to "Activating Lumion" and "De-activating Lumion" on the following page):
