Can I open a comercial model in educational version?

Hi!
I am a student using the educational version of Lumion. Today I received a commercial model, which I wanted to use for a VR presentation in school, but it opens up in viewer mode.

All my own models created in the eduversion works fine. Is this a limitation in the edu version?
If yes, is it possible to convert the model to an eduversion (it doesnt matter if it gets the edustamp, its just for a presentation)?
Kind regards Patrik

Hi Patrik

If you double-clicked on the LS6 file, then it will open in Viewer Mode.  This Mode does not show the Editor, and can be used for realtime walk-throughs and fly-throughs for presentations.

I'm not sure what you mean by commercial model though.  Are you referring to an LS6 file that contains the Lumion Scene - camera views, effects, clips etc, and Imported Models?
