can i maximize my ram when rendering

hello, i have a question..
when i rendering my animation, i see in task manager, my ram performance just work 3.5 gb from 8 gb.. and my processor just work 30 percent..
i want to ask can i maximize my computer work to increase the render time??

RAM is only memory.  RAM = Random Access Memory
Faster RAM = Faster access to memory.
RAM counts towards the size of the models you are buildings. 
The bigger the model the more RAM you need.

Does not do a whole lot on the rendering side. 

You are only using 3.5 gb of the 8 gb because your model is only 3.5 gb large on the RAM.

Perhaps someone will clarify a little more for you if you are lost.  Google helps as well.   :)

Your CPU processor is only used for compressing images while rendering, the rest of the work is carried out by the GPU (graphics card processor).
