Can't release lumion license to intorduce the new one.

Hi zaraf,

Student License Keys are valid for 365 days from the moment they are issued.

I see that you acquired a new Lumion 10 Student License Key since your Lumion 9 Student License Key expired last month. You can uninstall your Lumion 9 Student version.

What you need to do next is download your new Lumion 10 by clicking on the Download button in the 'Getting started with Lumion 10' email that was sent to you.

I will resend that email to your [email protected]***.com address just to be on the safe side.

Please confirm when you receive it.

Don't forget to register your new License Key at the bottom of your Profile page.

I already have lumion 10 installed. That screenshot is made on Lumion 10.0.1 student version.

Hi zaraf

The message indicates you are trying to run an old version which is now expired.

Did you install V10 in the same folder as V9?

In any case you will need to make sure you have uninstalled V9 and V10 (using Windows Apps & Features -> Uninstall). 

Then re-install V10.
