Hi archmelino, there is now a single installer for all license types, including Lumion FREE.

Simply go to the Customer Area and run the download manager by clicking on the button on the attached screenshot.

Once you've installed it, you will need to create a new Lumion account (one without any commercial licenses). Use this account name + password when activating Lumion 2.5 as Lumion FREE.

Ah, in that case, please log out of your archmelino account.

Then register a completely new account, go to the Customer Area and run the download manager (as described above).

hallo...i hv recently downloaded lumion version 2.5........after completing download 2 files i got in vlc format.....now what can i do.... i want to run lumion please help me.........

They are .bin files containing parts of the Lumion package, dont touch those.

You want to doublelclick on the file Lumion2_5.exe and that will run the installer.

i cant see the .exe files in my download folder.....

You download a small exe. This exe will download the big installer and run it for you. The big exe is located next to the small exe so the location of the big files depend on where you downloaded the small one. Normally you do not have to do anything. Just start the small exe and the big one will start downloading and when it is finished the installation is started automatically.

i did so.but at the end the downloaded kbs were going ahead thn total file size.....i thought its going smthng wrng so i canceled it.....now can tell me step by step what i exectly need to do?

That can happen when de download is interrupted or restarted.

You should just wait until the download is completely finished, the setup will start automatically.
The setup files are placed next to the downloader.exe

during the download.2-3 times downloading was stoped but it was start from wer it was kept pause......so is it necessary to do download countinus without disconnect net..... ?

If your connection drops, the downloader will resume when your connection has been re-established again. it works automatically.

Hi Arthur,

I've downloaded Lumion 2.5 but when I double-click on the installer I get the message as screenshot attached. Someone else in my company tried downloading again and got the same message. Are we doing anything wrong?
