Depending on the modeling program you use, you could dimension your model then export the dimensions apart from the model and import it as linework. Then just align the two in Lumion, seperate them in layers, and now you have a dimmed model in Lumion.
Sketchup does not allow exporting of dimensions

But, for instance, if you had a CAD plan or model, then you can export dimensions as a .dxf and when you import it, the dims come in as edges. Not sure if you can go straight to Lumion, but if not, just import the .dxf into Sketchup then export from there to Lumion.
