Dear ALL, I face a few problems in my Lumion version 4.0.2.. I'm here ask for the solution..
firstly, the water become black color.. I'm tried to change the editor quality to 4 star.. the water become the real water color, but the sky become black.. why does this happen??
secondly, all the shadow disappear, same, I'm tried to change the editor quality to 4 star, the shadow appear, but the sky become black.. why?

This is just a routine check as you do not seem to have any Lumion 4 licenses attached to your forum account.

All that you need to do is to ask the person who manages the license keys at your company to go to your Account settings and enter one of the license keys. You will then have full access to the forum.

I'm just a freshmen for this lumion software.. and how to update my license in forum account? i tried several ways, but still cannot..

Educational version licenses do not get registered with the forum. 

OK, so you are a student, which college or university?  Reason I ask is they should update Lumion to a more recent version than the one you mention.

1.  What are your PC specs?  Is it a college PC, or your own PC?
2.  What is the Benchmark Report for your PC?  Attach as screencapture of the report window that shows the chart.
3.  You can also attach the DXDiag.txt report available from the benchmark.
4.  Have you checked the specs of your PC against the suggested PC requirements for Lumion as below?
