Hello,

I m really sorry for this question, but I bought Lumion Ultimate and want to upgrad my basic version but I dont find where to do this.

I followed the instructions in the email link, but it seems for me like these insturctions are for a completely unregistered version and not from basic to ultimate.

I dont find any possibilty in my customer area or in my account settings to change my basic key to an ultimate one.

...but probably I m just blind for the moment!

Sorry about this, but I can't get hold of Remko and/or Arthur at the moment and it seems that the field where you can enter your license key is partially hidden.

Please bear with them until they can take a look.

Hi,

I am curious which browsers you guys use. On IE it was not exactly the same as Chrome,  but still visible. I enlarged the dialog, so I think that the edit box for entering the key will be visible now.

It works fine in both IE9 and Firefox now - thanks, Arthur :)

The screenshot above is from IE9 (and it looked the same in Firefox this afternoon).
