Hello,

What does the animation button on/off do when importing a model.

F1 doesn`t work for help...

Animation on/off button: This function lets you import move/rotate/scale animations via FBX/DAE, for example from 3D Studio Max (FBX is the recommended format for animated models).
IMPORTANT: Please do not send private messages and emails to members of staff - unless we specifically ask you to send us sensitive information, for example License Keys.

ah ok so if I have made an animation in max (for example an moving door or something) then it will be imported in lumion via that button?

Yes, however bear in mind that this function is a very early version of what will later become the Animation plugin pack, so there are no triggers for animations and they'll just loop forever.
