Which one is the best GPU for Lumion video rendering ?

I didn't find HD 7990 at lumion3D.com/specs.

Which one is going to give me faster render time?

Both NVIDIA and AMD/ATI cards are listed as part of specifications, see bottom of page for Lumion Web Site: Specifications.

Passmark: Videocard Benchmarks results are: 7990: 5113; Titan: 8141

Speaks for itself.  so long as the rest of the PC platform is also capable of supporting the cards, but that will be an issue much the same for both cards.

Note Passmark is only one site, there might  be others with different results.

The GTX 780 is probably closer to the Radeon 7990 in terms of pricing, and also heaps faster.
