It is possible sometimes for the license to reset when Lumion is run again.
Apologies and apologies for lack of earlier response, we do monitor the Licenses & Installation Board
for resets (almost) 24/7.
We have a Knowledge Base Article; How do you request a license reset?
available to Guests. And, we have a Sticky
topic in that Board explaining the process, and that would have activated a response. However that does require the member to register and be aware of the Sticky
. I'll add one to the Guest Board so there is another pointer to what to do.
