Hi there,

Last night my computer downloaded Windows 10 without my permission... and this morning when i go to use Lumion, i cannot open it, and get a message saying All Licenses are in Use, but it says its in use by my computer....

Is there anyway to force my Lumion license to be released?

I have a strict deadline in a few hours, and am frustrated that there is no number to call and get immediate assistance.

Hi hsteger,

Please (click here, scroll to the bottom) to register your license on your forum profile page, so we can reset the license.

It is possible sometimes for the license to reset when Lumion is run again.

Apologies and apologies for lack of earlier response, we do monitor the Licenses & Installation Board for resets (almost) 24/7.

We have a Knowledge Base Article; How do you request a license reset? available to Guests. And, we have a Sticky topic in that Board explaining the process, and that would have activated a response.  However that does require the member to register and be aware of the Sticky  :-\.  I'll add one to the Guest Board so there is another pointer to what to do.
